This is a teaching designed for anyone on a life practice path of deep insight and conscious evolution. Whether you've embarked upon this path of consciousness already, or are looking for a launch pad from which to do so, this workshop will help to stretch your mind, open your heart, nurture your body and connect with your soul.

Made up from a mix of practice and theory, experiencial learning and meditation, this workshop seeks to help you evolve your Mind, Body, Heart and Soul so that collectively we raise the consciousness required to create a sustainable planet and way of life for All. Currently only available in New Zealand but soon to be released is a home practice kit for more global access.
