At the very beginning there is a delay to the start so you will have plenty of time to arrange your body on your back in a comfortable position so that you can remain as still as possible for about 20 minutes.
Play this track one to three times daily for anywhere from 1 – 4 weeks. When the desire for the cigarette has faded, or gone completely, move on to the “Changing My Ways” track to reprogram your intentions.

At this stage you can choose as to whether you want to continue with “That’s It, I’m Free” in addition to this one, or drop it and just play this one. See where you're at and do what feels right to you. Again you want to play this track one to three times daily for one to four weeks.
