Journey to the One True Self

Just as the diamond has many facets to its beauty, so too does your psyche have many facets comprising its uniqueness and depth. It is through these unique and characteristic facets of your mind that this meditation will journey to union with the ever-present One True Self. We are each comprised of many levels and layers of mind in a unique manifestation of the One. Using tools and techniques derived from Big Mind, Mondo Zen and Psychosynthesis this meditation will help you better comprehend your unique expression of the One.

This Journey will take you through some of the parts and patterns, or sub personalities, that comprise the personality of your little self – or self with a little ‘s’ – this is the story that makes up the ‘you’ that you are. As you gain insight into your story and your greater interconnectedness you develop a deeper sense of balance on a very deep internal level. This journey through the facets of the mind will enable you to transcend and include as you expand and open into that which lies beyond all of this – this we might call the One True Self, or Self with a capital ‘S’.

Through this Journey you will come to know that you have this mind, this body and all the feelings you experience with that…. and….. that you are more than this. Such an internal experience leads one to inner stability and groundedness along with a deeper sense of peace and joy in life.

Played daily over a period of time, you will notice a deeper sense of inner peace and interconnectedness. Such peace and connection fuels ones sense of belonging and ok-ness so that change and transformation occurs through a smoother emotional terrain. From this respect this CD is the perfect accompaniment to any of your other spiritual practices.
