Confidence Meditation
Specifically written for enhancing your confidence through your yoga practice, this 14 minute meditation will alert you to a stronger sense of confidence that is emerging from deep within your practising self. Each day you practice yoga and take time to be introspective you realize a stillness and peace empowering you with loving confidence and internal grace. Through your meditation and yoga practice you begin to loosen your grip on that which does not serve you and you find that as you let go you feel more free and more self assured than ever before.
