Acceptance Meditation
Played at any time of day, or just before or after your yoga/thai chi/Qi Gong/conscious embodiment practice, this meditation will gently guide you through a process of letting go of what is not working for you and does not serve you, and to open up to what does.. and to the wisdom of what “Is”. Throughout this 18 minutes you will be gently lead through to a deeper connection with your co-creative self where you embody that which is morally important to you in a way that you hold your ground when you need to and yet relax into what is when you need to too.
