Oneness of Body and Mind
This is one of four meditations used in the Life Formula workshops. In this half hour meditation the breath is the bridge between mind and body. The Awareness is the vehicle that takes the mind into the organs of the body and the general workings of the body into the mind. Here you will look to see if there is a reflection between the quality of your mind and its thoughts and the quality of your body and its health. This body is the vessel and key to which your intentions are made manifest. The body is alive in the mind. The mind alive in the body. Feel the boundaryless boundary and become more aware of the Oneness of mind and body and the importance of feeding you mind and body with love and light, live, whole foods, fresh water, positive thoughts and loving ideas.
Just lay on your back, let your senses turn inward as you be guided along a journey of inner awareness and deeper alignment.
