This track uses all three to progressively relax you into a beautiful, profound and deep state of relaxation. Once here, the script delivers some very simple and general, positive affirmations to inspire and transform you at a deep sub conscious level.
This is a great track to use first thing in the morning to inspire you into the day from a relaxed, yet motivated place... OR, last thing at night to help you wind down after a busy day.
